Order Cancellation
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can assist you in modifying the items you wish to change.
Cancellation of an order is possible as long as it has not been shipped. A cancellation fee of 10% will be applied to orders cancelled by the customer. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if more than 7 days have passed since you received your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; however, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at [email protected] for further instructions.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your location.
